Dr. Borland was in solo practice for eleven years in Columbus, Ohio and he completed a subspecialty fellowship in Stroke and Neurointensive Care at Emory University. He is Board-certified in Neurology and Vascular Neurology and is the Medical Director of the Stroke program at Southwest Washington Medical Center.
